I first got involved with RDA in 1986 and have been involved ever since! I have had horses all of my life and my children's ponies were all used for RDA riding sessions.

I have seen the group grow from two days a week to a full five. I served as secretary and chairman to the group before becoming a trustee. 

 

As a coach, my favourite RDA moments are seeing riders improve and build their confidence with the ponies. I enjoy playing games with the children and thinking of creative ways to improve their balance, co-ordination and strength. I passionately believe in the numerous and diverse benefits that contact with horses bring.
