Use of our Premises 

If you are interested in making use of our facilities when they are not being used for riding or driving (such as at weekends and in school holidays) please get in touch.

 

The premises of Cobbes Meadow Riding for the Disabled Association are situated in a picturesque rural area off Candlers Way, Chartham, Canterbury, Kent, CT4 7TU.

 

The premises consist of:

• An indoor school with viewing gallery

• A fenced outdoor school

• 2 indoor stable areas

• A club room (The Linnet Room) incorporating a basic kitchen area

• Ladies and gents’ toilets

• Access to adjoining woodland

• Spacious car park

 

The premises were opened in 1984. Except for a small heater in the Linnet Room there is no heating. The flooring of both the indoor and outdoor schools consists of a fibre mix with rubber chippings.

A donation will be requested depending on the hours and facilities required, and a booking form must also be signed.
