I have been part of Cobbes Meadow for a long time and recently received my 50 years service and a British Empire Medal as part of the King's Birthday Honours List. 

 

Over the years I have filled almost every possible role from leader, secretary and chair.

One of my many highlights was helping raise the funds to build the group's centre which was opened by Princess Anne in 1984. 

​

I also help look after four of the RDA ponies at my home.
